# Atari Teenage Riot return with Is This Hyperreal? **Atari Teenage Riot** are back with a new album, their first since 1999's *60 Second Wipeout* and by the way things look, their rebellious attitude has not changed at all. Frontman **Alec Empire** calls *Is This Hyperreal?* \"the definite \[sic\] protest album for the Google age.\" Since their formation in 1992 the Berlin-based electronic punks have been considered to be both agitators (amongst the left) and musical innovators. On *Is This Hyperreal?* **ATR** explore topics such as digital decay, Wikileaks, codebreaking, human trafficking, class war and the like. You can get take a listen to the first single 'Blood In My Eyes' at [ATR's website][1]{: target="_blank" .xmlblocklink}. The band's lineup includes a new MC, **CX KiDTRONiK**, Empire himself and longtime member **Nic Endo**. *Is This Hyperreal?* will be released via **Digital Hardcore Recordings** on June 20th.
