# Stream Julia Holter’s ‘Ekstasis’
The name **Julia Holter** has been appearing more and more frequently on
both lips and URLs, and if you'd heard any of the tracks on her upcoming
LP *Ekstasis* you'd understand why. Moving beyond the heavy, cloaked
atmosphere of her previous album *Tragedy*, Holter integrates pop hooks
into her complex arrangements that bounce playfully through ambient,
experimental and avant-garde electronics. It's one of the most
adventurous records we've heard in ages, and we can't wait for the March
8th release. Fortunately, we don't have to: the entirety of *Ekstasis*
is now available to stream on **NPR**. Slip on some good headphones,
lean back, and enjoy it [here][1]{: target="_blank"}.
