# Covering Tracks: Tommy Four Seven
# **[Covering Tracks][1]{: target="_blank" rel="noopener"} is a regular series in which we ask our favorite producers and DJs to recommend ten new (and not so new) releases.**
**Tommy Four Seven curated today's column, which arrives just a few
short hours before his headlining set at Arena Club in Berlin tonight,
October 10.**
**Perc -- "Tri-City" \[Stroboscopic Artefacts\]**
Explosive and floor pumping. Perc always lives up to his high quality
output.
**** Yuji Kondo** -- "**Unvanquishable Number **" \[**Perc Trax**\]**
I met Yuji Kondo a few years back in Osaka and was totally blow away by
his live set. His tracks stand out a mile off, and they melt minds.
**Chemotex -- "Schrade Knives" \[The Trilogy Tapes\]**
This is a pure noise and bass assault moment. Love it.
****Kwartz** -- "**Breakage (Exium Remix)**" \[Pole Group\]**
Kwartz has been on fire recently with a string of essential dance floor
bombs. Here, Exium step up and add their hypnotic assault.
**Thomas P Heckman -- "So Schön War Die Zeit (Al Ferox Remix)" \[AFU
Limited\]**
Al Ferox remixes a 2000 Heckman classic into a full-on rave synth
work-out!
**Ritzi Lee -- "S.O.S." \[Belief System\]**
Another fine slab of proper techno.
**Mike Parker -- "Lustration Three (Atlantic) (Svreca Remix)"
\[Prologue\]**
Mike Parker has one of the most distinguishable sounds in techno, and
Semantica label boss Svreca really reworked his intense synth pattern,
adding further spacial dimensions.
**Ugandan Methods & Prurient -- "Call 3" \[Downwards\]**
Ancient Methods, Regis and Vatican Shadow on Downwards. Enough said.
**SHXCXCHCXSH -- "This Hmming Raverie" \[Avian\]**
Taken from their recent album on Avian, which is essential listening. In
fact, all their records are essential.
**Inigo Kennedy -- "NGC5128" \[Token\]**
I'm a big Inigo Kenedy fan, and this track has graced many closing sets.
It's alway a pleasure to see people's reactions when the bass rhythm
falls into the spaced-out pads.
