# EB Video Premiere: Headman feat. Scott Fraser & Douglas McCarthy – “NOISE”
Swiss machine funk and disco producer [Headman][1]{: target="_blank"}
(aka Robi Insinna) first came to prominence all the way back in 2001,
when the Gomma-released "It Rough" helped lead the European charge of
post-millennial punk funk. That release would echo throughout the decade
(remember the Chicken Lips remix?) and Headman notched up collaborations
and remixes for the likes of [Tiga][2]{: target="_blank"}, one quarter
of The Rapture, [Erol Alkan][3]{: target="_blank"} and Soulwax. That era
may have drawn to a close, but Headman remains a heavy hitter within the
electronic music scene, as is comprehensively demonstrated by today's
exclusive EB Video Premiere. "Noise" recruits no less than Scott Fraser
(part of the Scrutton Street Axis along with Andrew Weatherall and
Timothy J. Fairplay) and Nitzer Ebb's [Douglas McCarthy][4]{:
target="_blank"} for a knotted piece of acid-streaked industrial disco.
The video itself is directed McCarthy and Insinna and is a stylish
monochrome clip which rhymes visually with the track's subtle '90s
hallmarks and cover art. So, "*Do you want some noise?*"
*"Noise" by Headman featuring Scott Fraser & Douglas McCarthy is
released through Relish Recordings on June 21, 2013. Cover by Horst
Diekgerdes.*
