# U.S. Girls forms her own label, releases two new singles We've been keeping **U.S. Girls**' latest longplayer *U.S. Girls On Kraak* on repeat for a few weeks now (you can read our glowing review [here][1]) and we're still entranced with it. The news that **Meghan Remy** had started a new label called **Calico Corp** with fellow experimentalist **Slim Twig** was music to our ears (aside from all the other, literal music sliding in there) and even better, she's released a new 7″ version of 'The Island Song'. The single is just the first of a planned two; no word on what the other is yet, but you can stream and buy 'The Island Song' as well as the beautiful B-side 'High School Poetry' below.
